Should I risk losing him forever?

I am 21 years old and I have been dating my boyfriend for 2 years and I care about him SO much and I don’t want to leave him or hurt him but at the same time…I want to be by myself. He is the most amazing person and an overall GREAT guy. He’s ambitious and loving and caring so it’s not him, I am just getting urges to just be by myself and just experience things on my own without having to worry about where my life will take me and how he’s going to fit into it. I am about to graduate college and I have job opportunities that call for me to leave but he needs to stay here.
If I leave him, I wouldn’t be leaving him for anyone else. I am so young and I want to experience new things and not feeling tied down but I don’t want to lose him forever in case he doesn’t wait for me.
Should I let him go? Should I risk losing him forever so I could “do my own thing” ?

It’s better to end it now on a good note than to resent him later for opportunities you feel you missed. Talk to him and tell him how you feel.
