What would be a good topic to write a 10 page paper on that deals with something to do with U.S. history?

My teacher has told us to write a paper with a minimum of 10 page length and have at least 3 book sources and a minimum of 10 sources total. I am really indecisive so i don’t know what to right about. I am a science/ math person who likes technology, weapons and stuff like that. I need a specific topic in which i can have a thesis and everything.

im 14 and i wanted to read the book twilight cuz a few of my friends have and alot of people on here are crazy over it. im almost done with it and im not like “OMG edward cullen” “OMG bella”

I have been under some stress at work and I have elevated blood pressure. It falls under prehypertension?

Can stress really cause increased blood pressure. I feel that lately I have had so many things going on in my mind that I cant get everything done. Does anyone have suggestions for me to decrease my stress or lowering my blood pressure.. I also got a change in birth control pills could this affect my bp. Im just not sure what to think.

ok, i was just at a buffet when a CUTE guy walked up behind me. I had a “to go” box. i didn’t want to eat like crazy in front of him. that ***** cuz they had all my breakfast favorites. i only order 1/2 of what i wanted
why?????? the guy wasn’t my bf, but he was hands down the cutest guy i ever saw in person. he was so cute i was just in shock, i couldn’t speak or nothing
and i won’t eat lunch for probably 5 more hours at 2. i feel so dumb

Why do people say not all Christians are creationists?

Ok, for some odd reason, people think that you can believe in evolution and be a “christian” at the same time. You cannot. If you do not believe that the earth is 6000 years old, then you do not agree with the entire Bible. By the way, the Bible doesn’t just come out and say the earth is 6000 years old. It takes a little more work to conclude this. Though, its not my job to inform you on how to do this. But anyways, the reason you CANNOT be a true christian, and believe in evolution, is because that would go against what the Bible says. The Bible states that man was created in god’s image. And everyone already knows what evolution says( I hope). So if you agree with evolution, then you would also agree that man has not always looked as he does today. So, how can you be in god’s image, if you did not always look as you do in the present? For evolution, and the bible to both be true, god’s appearance would also have to be changing along with man. And that is just ridiculous. So you can only believe in one or the other. So stop saying “im a christian, but i think the earth is older than what the bible says” You don’t get to pick and choose what you WANT to believe. Thats not how it works. You can’t listen to science half way, and also listen to the imaginary voice in the back of your head for the other half.
Don’t answer this with responses telling me to read the bible, because I have, unlike many Christians.

What size ventilation grilles do I need to be up to National Fuel Gas Code?

I can not find this info anywhere on the web for free. Everyone wants you to “Buy the book”. I don’t want to. Here it is. My type fuel is LP Gas. 67,200 Btu/Hr is the maximum the space can support. 76,000 Btu/Hr is the actual amount of Btu/Hr used.I would never actually use that much though, because that would be considering that I had my oven and all 4 burners on AND my vent-free fireplace going all at the same time. However, those are the actual figures just in case I did. I don’t know what other information you might need, but I just don’t want to pay $35 bucks for that one time piece of info. (Know what I mean?) I got this information from a work sheet that came with my vent-free fireplace, but it says “Follow the National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54, Section 5.3, Air for combustion and ventilation for the required size of ventilation grills or ducts” I know I need 2 vents- 1 within 12 ” of the ceiling and the other within 12″ of the floor. I just need to know what size. 
Well, Quite simply, I want to know what size fresh air grills/vents-ie; (4″x8″–6″x12″-12″x12″ etc; etc.) do I need to install in the room { for fresh outside air or air from an adjoining room} for fresh air ventilation, since I just installed a new vent-free fireplace. I’m just a do it your selfer but, as you can see from my figures above, the Btu/Hr used is more than the maximum Btu/Hr the space ( the room) can support. In other words without EXTRA ventilation, the gas appliances would burn up all the oxygen in the room and then they would go out and I would probably suffocate. Is that a little clearer now? The National Fuel Gas Code actually have (REQUIRED) grill sizes. If anyone knows about this requirement then they should be able to figure it out for me. Thanks again! P.S. The room size is 14′ wide x 32′ long x 8′ high (If that might help)

How do I get a mildew odor out of dance tights?

I have a pair of black dance/aerobics tights in a box with a bunch of other stuff from my last move, most of which I tossed this past weekend. But these tights appeared to be in good condition except for the mildew odor. So I took a chance and washed them in Arm & Hammer detergent with both oxyclean and colorfast bleach. The tights came out in good condition, except still with a distinct mildew odor. What should I do other than give up and toss them? These are good quality tights, and I know I should have taken better care of them in the first place, but…
Tried the baking soda, didn’t quite do it, vinegar next.
