What are the best introductions to yoga and/or belly dance?

I am looking for a great video that will give me a starting point on yoga–as well as videos that will be more advanced. I am terribly shy so at the moment yoga classes are out of the question. Also if you have any information on belly dance, I’d love to hear about it also since I find it very interesting. Thanks!

How far could I be along in my pregnancy?

I took a pregnancy test 2 weeks ago, and the results were NOT pregnant. Now I took 2 pregnancy tests this week and both of them were pregnant. Could the test two weeks ago not have detected it yet, or am I only one week pregnant?

I believe I have spider mites coming into my home. How do I kill them or prevent them?

The mites in question are small (pinhead) and red in color. They are all over the outside of most of the houses in this area and tend to gravitate towards the areas of sun.

Should I have pregnancy symptoms before my next period?

I’ve conceived I believe to be on my fertile/ovulation days this month, and my period is due on Monday. I do not have any symptoms currently of feeling pregnant according to all of the signs. I did feel kind of lightheaded earlier in the week, but maybe it was in my head just obsessing.. A lot of people are saying they feel symptoms now before their next cycle?

My fridge drips water inside the fridge compartment, what can I do?

Actually is is more like a steady stream for short periods of time. I have to keep a container in there to catch the water. I assume it is leaking when the auto defroster is working. It is a Roper brand, and there are two sort of rectangular openings in the ceiling of the fridge compartment toward the back. One leaks regularly and abundantly, the other seems to occasionally drip. Is there anything I can do about this?

What songs would be good to dance to for a jazz dance class?
