How can you tell if a loose tooth is a baby tooth or permanent tooth?

I was eating and then my tooth got loose. I forgot if I took it out or not.
I’m 13. Lol, and I didn’t know you pull out all your baby teeth that young.. I’m pretty sure I still have them, just not sure which ones.
It’s a tooth that’s next to the frontmost 4 teeth, if that helps.

An illness that is vertually unnoticable besides becomeing weaker over a long period of time, lets say for example 7 years time.
Is there such a thing??
Lol…there is no other symptom.
Obviously, it would have to be an illness that most doesn’t give tale signs.
