What do all these codes mean cuz I’m lost?

I noticed in trying to conceive everyone uses codes like BFN, AF, HPT, OPD, and a bunch of others. So could someone please tell me all the different codes so I can understand whats going on

i just lost my dad, he just found out 4 weeks ago he had colon cancer, they did surgery to remove it?

something bad happen, the cancer strated spreading to his liver and lymph nodes and then he started talking really crazy, doctors never said but could that mean the cancer went to his brain. he actually got better, was going to come home in a week and then he took a turn for the worse, his suger dropped to 40 and they couldn’t get him back, my dad passed away, i’m having a hard time dealing with it and i’m worried about my mom, they were married 35 years. i’ve cried so much and i am so drained, i feel like i cant function right now, is this normal, all i wanna do is sleep, please help……

hi i lost my tax disc on my motorbike a few nights ago.its still valid for 3 weeks can i ride the bike?

i lost the tax disc riding home and the next day i looked a my bike the disc was gone i have 3 weeks to go be4 the tax disc runs out can i ride my motorbike not showing tax disc

Who says death comes in threes?

I just lost my uncle to cancer last Thursday and yesterday morning I found out my cousin past away. Why is it when I tell my friends they say…Well you know death comes in threes, meaning that one more is going to die! How could anyone even say that to anybody who just loses loved ones! Has anyone else ever heard this so called saying? If so where does it root from? Or is it just a stupid myth?
